Things you can do without booking

Three short exercises, all free. None of them can tell you whether you need therapy, and none takes more than five minutes.

Check in

See how you’ve been feeling over the last two weeks.

You answer five questions about the last two weeks. They come from the WHO-5, a wellbeing scale used in research. You get a wellbeing score out of a hundred, and an explanation of what it can and can’t tell you.

Two minutes.

Find your values

Narrow 40 values down to the five that matter most to you.

You go through 40 values one at a time, such as honesty, security, family and rest, keeping the values that matter to you, then narrowing the list down to five. You end with the five that matter most to you, which you can compare with how you spend your time.

About five minutes.

Breathe slower

Follow a slow breathing pace for two minutes.

You breathe in for four seconds and out for six, twelve times over, while a mark on the screen keeps the pace for you. It gives you something to follow, so you’re not counting in your head or watching a clock.

Two minutes.

Your answers aren’t tracked or stored.

If you’d rather talk to someone

You can book a 90-minute first session with a licensed psychologist.
