How have the last two weeks been?

Five questions from the WHO-5 Wellbeing Index, about two minutes. You get a score out of a hundred for the last two weeks. It isn’t a diagnosis.

Please indicate for each of the five statements which is closest to how you have been feeling over the last two weeks. We don’t track or store your answers. The score is worked out in your own browser. Closing or reloading the page clears your answers.

What the number means

The WHO-5 is a short measure of wellbeing, not a diagnosis. A 2015 review of more than 200 studies found it reliable as a measure of wellbeing and useful as a screening tool for depression. A low score can be a reason to talk to someone, but it does not tell you what is wrong.

It only reflects the last two weeks. If something feels wrong or difficult, that still matters even if your score is high.
